Shipping and Delivery Policy

All tutoring services are delivered online. No physical shipping is involved.

1. Digital Services Only

Lurnik is an online platform that connects students with tutors for virtual learning. All services are delivered digitally through our website or supported online meeting tools. We do not sell or ship any physical products.

2. Session Delivery

  • After confirming a booking and successful payment, students receive session details via their Lurnik account and, in some cases, via email notification.
  • Sessions are conducted online at the scheduled date and time agreed between the student and tutor.
  • Any learning materials provided by the tutor are shared electronically within the platform or via approved digital channels.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Since services are delivered online:

  • There are no physical shipping timelines, courier services, or tracking numbers.
  • Access to the booked session is immediate upon confirmation and is limited to the scheduled duration of the session.

4. Service Availability

Lurnik is available to users located in Pakistan, and payments are processed in PKR. In the event of any technical issues on our platform or the payment gateway during booking, the affected transaction will either be reversed or rescheduled in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
